Trey Ridenour joined Wallace Commercial in December 2024. He is a Knoxville native and graduated from the Webb School of Knoxville and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. 

Through his first fiscal year, he brokered $6,378,000 in sales. 

Trey has exposure working in a variety of properties. His unique experience lies in land acquisition, working closely with owners to navigate through inspection periods, rezoning and all governmental approvals. He specializes in land development projects with single family residential subdivisions. He takes pride in clear and direct communication through any investment opportunity. Trey's expertise extends further encompassing relocation, home buying and selling office spaces. He is known for his straightforward approach and has developed great contacts in the East Tennessee area.
